Fixes #10.
This adds a visible logout action for authenticated users and wires it to Mozilla Persona logout. The local saved user is cleared and the app returns to the login screen when Persona reports logout, with a local fallback when Persona is unavailable.
Validation:
Note: full npm install is blocked by an obsolete dependency URL in this legacy project (substack/querystring 0.2.0-ie8 tarball returns 404).
